RETURNS & REFUNDS

​If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. You must cancel the contract within 24 hours. If the contract is cancelled after 24 hours, no refund will be given. Products cannot be returned as the products are personalised for the individual who purchased.

Faulty Products:

If a product develops a fault, please follow the instructions below:

• Send images and description of the fault with your order number and contact us and we will pick up your message and will explain the next steps.

 

Cancelling an Order:

If you cancel an order after the product has been printed on and dispatched, no returns or refunds will be allowed. The products are personalised to that specific customer's order and cannot be re-used again.
